Producing live shows requires a lot of planning and effort. It’s never easy to plan, promote, and produce an event that is so important to your company. But it should be done for the sake of success! I will share my thoughts on how you can make this happen with ease by using these tips:
- Take a look at all the expectations from stakeholders – they may have their own requirements or ideas about what should happen during the show;
- Know who your audience is going to be – do some research on where they are located around the world as well as how many people will likely attend;
- Create a schedule that takes into account all aspects of production including design and advertising.
